A quick note of thanks for your assistance with letting my new 1 bedder on Wellington Street.We ended up getting $800 per week which is $50 per week MORE than the same apartment 2 floors below. This is an outstanding result and equates to gross a rental yield of 5.1%.As such I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to Dominic Kaelin who has been extremely professional and proactive throughout the engagement. He listened to what I wanted and executed quickly on the deal negotiating with three prospective tenants to maximise the result.
