"Highly recommended"
Alena and Ari are very professional and very easy to communicate with, the application for our place went through very easily, we feel very comfortable in our new home. Highly recommended
"Our application was approved very quickly"
We rented an apartment from Ari and Alena about two months ago. So far, so good! Our application was approved very quickly and the process was much smoother than some other real-estate agents we were dealing with. They've also responded quickly to any inquiries since we moved in. Much appreciated!
"Alena and Ari are my favourite so far"
I’ve been renting in Sydney for the last 20 years, Alena and Ari are my favourite so far, very pleasant and easy to deal with! Very happy to be with Richardson & Wrench Bondi beach!!!!
"Ari took care of everything fantastically"
Ari is a great guy who has been helping us with property matters for years. Knowing how professional and reliable Ari was, it was easy to select Ari as our property agent. In addition to the process of sale, the property needed to be renovated and Ari took care of everything fantastically (including unexpected events). That assistance and continuous updates on property inspections really eased our stress level! Again, THANK YOU ARI!
"Great real estate agent"
Great real estate agent! Thanks Ari and Alena to give us a good place to call home.

"responsiveness was a welcome change to what we had experienced previously."
We recently rented a property through Ari and Alena, and could not recommend them both more. Ari was incredibly responsive and efficient, processing our application within 24 hours. His responsiveness was a welcome change to what we had experienced previously. Ari was great.
"Very friendly and professional"
Hi Guys, even though Ari Pappas had a full day, he managed to squeeze me in for a rental viewing. I was very keen on the property and living up the coast, so he made it possible to view. He was very friendly and professional. Processed my application in less than 24hrs!! Thanks Ari 🙂
"Very responsive"
Ari and his team have been a pleasure to liaise with, very responsive and always willing to help
