I have experienced the professional services of Ian Wallace both as a buyer and a seller. I purchased 36 Rickard Av, Bondi Beach in August 2017.  As a buyer in a booming market I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service offered.  Nothing was too much trouble in terms of facilitating additional inspection times, providing information about the property as well as the broader market i.e. comparative sales and honest market analysis.
