The team from Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach managed my apartment in Bellevue Hill for 3 years, he was able to keep the tenant very happy and problem free during this time (which really kept me happy). The accounts side of things was always smooth, timely, accurate and any repairs or general maintenance was managed without fuss.
