"Great experience"
Alena and Gina were all a pleasure to work with. Marcus went the extra mile with additional inspections to allow me to take measurements, and Gina was very prompt with our communications. An overall great experience for a first-time tenant.
"They have been so helpful, responsive and professional"
Massive thank you to Gina & Tamara. They have been so helpful, responsive and professional in helping us find our rental and dealing with any issues we have had. I cant recommend them enough!
"Made us feel really safe knowing they’re our landlords! "
Both Alena and Gina have gone above and beyond for Jamie and myself, especially through this difficult and uncertain time of Covid - 19. From the quick and easy email responses to inspect our new property, to applying and then signing the lease all online! Their on going communication at any time of the day has helped us above and beyond and made us feel really safe knowing they a;re our landlords!
"An attentive, responsive, accommodating professional"
Gina Simpson from R&W Bondi Beach is wonderful to deal with. From the very beginning she has been an attentive, responsive, accommodating professional. We can't recommend her enough!
Very professional, quick in responding and looking after tenants!
Gina Simpson - very professional, quick in responding and looking after her tenants. We were happily renting with RWBB but unfortunately had to move out of our current place. Gina managed to find us a great new place within 2 weeks, suiting all our needs and made it a very smooth transition.
Most professional and reliable real agent I have ever come across!
Gina Simpson - rental property manager is the most professional and reliable

"Very professional and helpful"
Great experience working with Gina and Tamara! Very professional and helpful with finding my apartment and everything related to the move. Thank you!
"efficiency and professionalism"
Both Tamarra and Gina promptly facilitated my tenancy with efficiency and professionalism. There were some extra demands on my end which were met swiftly and without compromise. Both were forthright, communicative and flexible. I give my full recommendation in good faith without exception to anyone who wishes to engage Tamarra and or Gina.
"Refreshing to have someone so easy to work with."
Shout out to Gina and the team at RW Bondi Beach! They are very responsive and helpful. We've had some terrible managing agents in the past so it was refreshing to have someone so easy to work with.
"Would definitely recommend Gina"
Have had a lease with R&W Bondi Beach for several years, service has always been friendly, responsive, and professional. Would definitely recommend Gina and the team there.
