From an initial marketing plan that contained items for everything that I needed to get the property ready, from maintenance and polish through staging to transparent marketing costs, I felt that I was dealing with people who would be able to take care of everything for me.
And they did. Communications with me over the campaign were timely and clear, I always felt completely up to date about where we were in the campaign all the way down to the auction day when I was completely confident we would achieve my target price (which we did).
Their support did not stop at contract exchange. I needed a bit of extra help during the settlement window (access to the vacant property for service providers) which they managed without fuss.
